Devon Mitchell died jumping from Mount Kukini Lama on the Oregon coast. He was 22 years old and had serious mental issues, and he believed he was being chased by creatures he could only see. Shortly before this jump, he attempted to make up a story to board an airplane, and eventually stole a Cessna P-517, he flew it to Amber County and landed it in corn field, refueled, robbed a parachutist at the airfield and took the plane up again, jumping out at 27,000, parachuting to a small village and then running and jumping to his death. He left behind a note that described the creation as purple dragons that had a funny inclination to believe everything they read lol
My friend did the exact same thing in Java Arizona at about the same height! If he wouldn't have rolled slightly he came so close to hitting the rocks just like this guy 😂

THIS is EXACTLY why jumpers toss a rock into the water before the jump. It gives them a safe target to land at and as you can see, he didn't toss a rock in. He just eyeballed it and failed 😬

I read the story on this it may just look like a cliff dive, but it was much more than that . He broke his back, broke 7 ribs, dislocated his right shoulder, broke 3 finger on his left hand and 1 on his right , tore both ACL's, broke his left ankle and fractured the right ankle, loss hearing in both ears , lost vision in one eye and now every word he says starts with the letter D. His situation was so bad they decided to amputate his body and now he's just a head and he's currently living in Houston Tx
