Be careful saving people in deep waters. They’ll try their hardest to drown you just to take another breath. I saved a woman from drowning and she panicked so much that she nearly drowned me . I had to kick her away from me and then scream at her to calm down before we both die .

if you're ever in this situation I would suggest letting your body relax And float even though it will be hard because your panicking remember you HAVE TO!! lay on your back with extend both arms same with legs and lie still in the water you'll float saving you some energy until you can swim again.
