If this is in then you should be able to catch the ball while as long as your arms are in and over the line correct ?
why is it called a touchdown if you don't have to touch the endzone? by the same logic, how can a thrown pass be completely out of bounds, being caught with both hands out of bounds, but have feet in bounds, and be counted as completed? totally illogical.
I believe his knee was on the ground when he caught the ball so therefore the play is dead.

high school..... I do not think they're allowed to jump but I may be wrong. I know college they can pro they can but I think high School they cannot jump over the players not sure

No touchdown. Rules for high school football state the player must land in bounds after crossing the plan to count. The moment he went airborne, he had to get one foot in bounds to be considered good. For the ball has to be live in bounds to score. Since he was airborne before he crossed the line, he was no long in bounds without being able to establish himself as such with a foot down. He didn't.

That's called hurdling .. You can ONLY hurdle when the defensive player(s) in on the ground .. Diving over them is NOT a hurdle ..(youth & HS rules)
