The guy on the jet ski is out there just for this reason. To grab people who are in danger of being eaten by these big ass waves. Big Cuddos to these people who do this. Saving lives and those who might be injured badly

WOW! Grab and go! Both of them are in a race for the shore. I'm not sure but it looks like the driver of the jet ski gave a final look behind him at the wave bearing down on them and he pushed that throttle a little harder to get some more distance from that monster wave. WOW! Now that's why I keep my happy ass on the shore and not out there in those waves. WOW so so brave.😬☠️😵😱❤️
I am a water girl. I've always swam out to my neck. Once I was up to my shoulders holding a 7 yr old child and we got in a rip current and she didn't know but we were very close to drowning. Thank God I saw some sting men and asked if they could plz grab the girl. I handed her over with a push, not letting go until he had her and then I was able to get out of it. We almost died and she has no idea. I was babysitting her and her brother while their parents were in Puerto Rico. I was their Sunday school teacher and family friend. I never knew about rip currents until then. I also felt lots of big sea life hot my legs and jst assumed it was fish. Now I wonder if it was possibly sharks with all of the videos online. I've been swimming in the ocean up to my neck, my whole life and never knew that sharks would be so plentiful there. I assumed most were out deeper.
While watching I glanced down to read “remember to breathe” and I was holding my breath. LOL

I used to swim, I was always in the water. my used say I was part fish and I was related to a mermaid. I watch shark week, I no longer go in the water. I live near Cape Cod. it seems a bunch of great whites. Spend their summers here now. So I don't want to become shark shit, so I keep my ass on the beach now. 🤯🤬

OMG you better hang on and not let go. it has to be a rough ride. You would think that as rough as the waves are that it would make him lose his grip. They do a great job getting the surfers back in safely. 👍

Its a sport, the surf meets. And those guys on the Jetski's are getting paid for their life-saving job.
There's generally 4 jet ski rescuers that work competitions. They will also put two rescuers on one jet ski so you have the driver and a grabber. These rescuers are amazing and have saved countless lives!

The ocean is for fish and I’m not. I used to love going into the ocean. But these days it’s getting more dangerous. Sharks coming close to shore, sudden monster waves, rip currents, etc. I’ll swim in my own pool. 😆
