Here is a good example of a terrible form deadlifting. The bigger the weight isnāt always a benefit. This is called a straight leg deadlift. Very good way to hurt your back. DROP THAT ASS low, sometimes it helps to stand on a small platform to reach down lower. Dig with your heels. You should feel the deadlift in your hamstrings and glutes first before you lock.

Not being mean because Iām proud your in the gym. 10min or 10 miles you made it be proud of you. However try to go slower for āTime under tensionā and full range of motion to get the full effect on the muscle group.
