Not here for clout or attention just want to help beginners feel comfortable asking questions to help their progress and not feel intimidated. Be proud of wanting to get better. NEVER FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE becoming better. Jesus loves you and I do to. PS I’m old don’t judge my hairline🤣

Here is a good example of a terrible form deadlifting. The bigger the weight isn’t always a benefit. This is called a straight leg deadlift. Very good way to hurt your back. DROP THAT ASS low, sometimes it helps to stand on a small platform to reach down lower. Dig with your heels. You should feel the deadlift in your hamstrings and glutes first before you lock.

Not being mean because I’m proud your in the gym. 10min or 10 miles you made it be proud of you. However try to go slower for “Time under tension” and full range of motion to get the full effect on the muscle group.
