The American First Initiative. Get rid of Federal Tax for Nationalized Americans. Tax immigrants for 20 years ( American Citizenship Tax- ACT Tax) then award American citizenship if deemed worthy. Immigrants will be microchipped to in the Government tracking system. While in the 20 ACT period immigrants will learn English, writing, American history, religion, Constitution can serve in military, but still required to pay the ACT tax while on their path to American citizenship.
