Those pallets aren't strong enough to hold the weight of a heavy person.

Nice inexpensive step. Now, I have a huge emergency room bill. A den of snackes lived in the holes and wrapped around my ankles and bit me one day...

Useless AI. What’s keeping all of the pallets from falling when the guy walks up and stands on the fifth step? Something would have to be supporting them, but the video doesn’t show that. Placing a screw in the middle does nothing to secure the pallets.

Nope…unless you want to attract stray animals to use all that space to call home…

They will whither and break within two years or less. Just saying in the nasty weather.

Just another lane AI video that doesn’t make sense when you break it down. How did the underside get painted as shown in the end? He put all of two or three screws in lol. There is no underside supports. Pallets have gaps between slates and magically these closed up. lol. 😆😆

Why would someone build a home like that and fail to put in steps in the first place? That makes absolutely no sense. There should be no reason why this man is putting in pallet steps to begin with. And what did the homeowner do before the pallet steps were put in? Jump down and climb up to get to the doors or leave? The builder was a jackass if they left without putting in proper steps.

Wouldn’t the first pallet have to be pushed all the way back ? Wood or plastic ? I think they would be strong enough. They’re reinforced in the center

Really?? This is such a "I hope this is only a VERY temporary fix"! Great if it was done in a trailer park but definitely not to a nice house like this. 😲

smart easy way to make steps. handrail on each side would have been nice to help hold them together better especially for children and the elderly

z accident waiting to happen! open risers atmre a tripping point & unit will be springy when stepped on. needs AT LEAST 2 more support blocks per level & solid risers in every row

avator
Tilsa Muldoon
Mesquite, TX · 4 hours ago

😳 No. Those pellets, all of them, need additional support underneath in order to stack them in the way displayed. It doesn’t work the way shown. Additionally, pellets are put together with inferior materials because they are intended to be disposable. Therefore, they will not withstand any weight nor traffic. Deceitful illustration in every respect‼️

they should have painted that wood before placing them. When it rains, the wood at the bottom will start to rot away. But those are not permanent, they use only 1 screw to secure them.
