It took me 2 weeks to get a copy of my birth certificate from the state I was born in and mailed to me over 2 thousand miles away. Took me 10 minutes on the internet and cost me 35 bucks. All these large numbers of people that don't have birth certificates is because they never had one to begin with. The non citizens.
