You think tile will stand up to the weight of a car.
i could do this for you 1/2 x 1/2 trowel ,spread the floor ,spread the tile id leave it ungrouted for a week just to let it harden the thinset ,all set ,mapei, tec superflex back in the day ,laticrete after drying the tile will support about 500lbs per square inch so its plausible it will work then i would use an epoxy grout to seal the grout for oil or chemical spills ,the only other thing that migyt help with winter/wet weather would to be install 220 v heated floor with programmable thermostat,. ive only been doing tile 30 years so i might be wrong
it will Def Crack under the weight of the car, now she did a badass job buy there is a weight limit for tile
cracks every where when u pull a car in
Apoxy over it!
are they planning on parking a car interior there?
where is the grout
she's going to park her car on a rainy day and wind up having to remodel the kitchen 😂
the would will destroy that in less than a second. could be a nice man cave.
it will be fine if done right will not break
You know what’s gonna suck when you crack it
it's the start of her take over of the garage New tiles and painted the walls
Is it concrete tile?😳 What the hell
if it's layed properly and all the prep done right, it should be OK. I wouldn't want to drop anything heavy on it!
hope they troweled in the thinset good. no air under or tile will Crack. Epoxy sealing the concrete is better for a garage imo
dumbest place for tile.
no big deal
he took it personal I think . garages being finished are fine
depends on the tile id assume
Homeowners insurance will go through the roof.... thats why garages aren't finished!
they will Crack the first time you park your car there
When done it will be nice
Put a couple layers of resin over it
How stupid got more money than brains
awesome.
Jack the car up find out
EVERYTHING goes back into the foam blow molded cases...ALL loose bolts and nuts go into magnetic trays. is no longer a shop it's an operating center.
a car will crack that tile
Did it cover a drain, is it rated to hold a car or truck....OH! WTF Honey!!! Wait until it gets wet....
first off you never brick tile that long they should have been done on a 33.
If the floor is level, and the tile is properly installed, and you use a thin set mortar and flexible grout… sure it can work. However, it is impractical. Don’t forget hot tires, fluid leaks, or even small stones caught in your tread. But to each “her” own! 😂
It’s gotta be a skit….. they probly use it as another room🤷🏻♂️ they can’t be this successful n that stupid
I'm going to guess that whatever he parks in there isn't meant to be supported by tiles
that's what people with no common sense would say.. Wouldn't even consider they are turning it into a ManCave........😂😂
wel, 1st of all, wouldn't it be 'THEIR' garage, & not 'HIS' garage?..I would thank her for the job well done as well as her effort, id tel her how gd it looks, & move on from it.
well if they were going to convert the garage into a finished room then yes the tile will not stand up to the weight of a car over time
depends on if a car is going on it
slipperyyyyyyy
Breaking every tile when you pull in
lol awesome
WOW 😂😂😂
depends on what he uses the garage for .and if they were installed correctly and the proper tiles ..but .once again its that two way street often overlooked by females ... didn't ask .
you know this little spikes on there yeah those can destroy tires but then with a little bit no voice since those are the solid plastic
it looks fine if your trying to take away the place you park your vehicle
one hollow spot in the mortar its gonna crack. if it aint sealed the doom is there ... gonna be slippery as hell i. winter or rain. mud will be fun.
it will crack
nice
obviously it's a control issue... not his garage anymore
On purpose now it just became her lady dungeon
I love it
