This video is staged. I know people that drink on the job and they will never stand in the middle of the doorway in open site of all the coworkers and put one up like that. You’ll need to catch them in the bathroom in the utility closet in the back by the trash dumpster so if someone is trying to sneak up on them, they can discard the evidence quickly. Then they’ll come out over excited happier than when they started that job and you’re more than likely to smell liquor on their breath. The smart ones chew gum. or use breath spray.

In some countries, they allow their employees to drink on the job. It increases morale and productivity. I get that we're not one of those countries but, you seem to go out of your way to get that man fired.
