Thank you judge. To me that sounds like a abuse to me, not doing anything to help a disabled tenant be able to enter or exit the building he pays rent to.

The only problem I have with this outcome is: Why giving up to 30 days for repair be done? It should have been IMMEDIATELY. The disabled man had been unable to use the elevator for months. The judge should have been more forceful about the time limit.
