He's the one who has taken the risks to start the company,.the employees risk nothing. Since when do the owners of a company have to hide their heads in shame because they've made buckets of money because of their own ideas and efforts? Isn't that the American dream, you aren't permanently condemned to spending your whole life in the strata I. which you were born but could move up by your own efforts? The employees do have a right to unionize and take the company down. If you don't like what this or any company does or is, leave and do something else or come up with your own idea.
The millionaire politicians want to take the billionaires money and give it to the non working, non taxpaying. 46% of all taxes paid are paid by the 1%, who employ millions of people. Taking money from people who have earned it is Socialism 101. This is the Socialist/Communist Democrat party.

What power should employees have, do they have the right to raise their wages. Why don’t these employees start their own businesses and then see what they do to their employees. Unions are destroying America they are constantly wanting pay raises or they will strike, do these unions know that for every pay raise they have to raise prices and then other people can’t afford their products. And people blame Trump for high prices, well it’s not Trump it’s the unions that are causing prices to rise. Look at California $20 to work in a fast food chain, what’s the first two things that happened a hamburger now cost $20. and people are getting laid off, is the union getting fired people new jobs NO they figure they did their job by getting the pay raises and don’t think ahead of time what’s going to happen all they see is dollar signs and how they are getting more money, the hell with the unemployed they don’t pay dues anymore.
