There's a reason you get it licensed so people can't say shit it's not that hard honestly. No matter what it is but especially food needs regulations and health inspections. This is why I normally skip most street foods most people aren't cleaning stuff correctly and not storing food at the right temperature. But this actually looks clean I'd buy a plate for sure.
