It looks like an illegal low rider. A vehicle that does not have the necessary ground clearance to pass inspection. You have to have the minimum of 4 inches. The old Corvette Stingray has 4" clearance. Do you have any idea how much trash and debris is laying around in the lanes on major Highways? Or how many railroad crossings scrape the frame on Corvettes? There is a reason that most Corvettes spend more time in dealership shops? A lot of it is because of damage to the mechanical components and undercarriage from hitting solid objects at speed. JMO.and 30 years working at a Chevy dealership. That is just great. The police will be pulling you over all the time. I pass.
