I am a woman and this is why I strongly believe women should not be police officers because every video you see a woman gets overpowered and her taking his weapon when he is no threat because she feels threatened means she should not be a cop because they were having a conversation she is too small too scared to do her job properly. A lot of female cops will pull the trigger before they could solve the issue because of how tiny they are and how scared they get and that’s why they should not be cops because she took his weapon when he wasn’t doing nothing wrong just because she felt scared if she can be overpowered, then she does not need to be on the work team.
Some people missing the point and blaming it on she's a woman. First cop is one officer alone no help, no backup until they are called. Disarming helps prevent anything happening when they least expect it. 2nd part of the video shows 2 officers one on each side. No need to disarm cause what one won't see the other will. There's plenty of instances of male officers being on a pullover alone and disarming the individual for the time being. It has nothing to do with male or female and everything to do with safety.

Never let an officer take you weapon. There is no legal reason. Do this will cause issues like accidental discharge. Officers have shot people with there own guns doing just this. 26 years and I've never taken someone's gun. Just keep the gun where it is and there's no problem.
