and they have added something new to keep it from molding, In the last few months, I haven't seen my wheat bread mold yet. sitting on a loaf 3 weeks, still not molding.

I have something called diabetic ketoacidosis. But I went to Europe I ate the worst food all the dairy I could find and I didn’t have one fucking issue. The food is literally killing us here and they purposely make it expensive to eat healthy.

Folic acid is a naturally occurring B vitamin and it is required by the government in commercially produced bread because it reduces birth defects.

yep. I started making my own bread from heritage grain flour that is stone ground a while back after learning more about our wheat supply. make my own pasta too. 5lbs of flower is $8-12, but makes WAY better food. it's also still WAY cheaper then buying the crap bread from the store.

anybody else notice that store bought bread doesn't mold anymore. I've had a loaf of bread for over a month that has no sign of mold! my bread used to start molding after a week maybe as long as two weeks but never over that!
