my daughter Laurie gave and kept her kids and I'm proud to say she played the role of a father,with my sister helping her don't know where they would' be.She over came the death of her youngest boy who didn't look like a boy..He was mature and respected people but when it came to fighting he went all out..

speaking as a parent who has lost a child,some of these comments are absolutely disgusting the room has nothing to do with the pain of losing a child...perhaps it was a teens room!?

I grew up with just my dad lost my mom at 2 all I ever wanted was my dad to get out of jail i would wish for over 8 years as a child Christmas Thanksgiving whatever I just wanted to spend one holiday with my dad when I turned 18 he was let out of prison and into hospice dealing with cancer (he refused treatment) I was in my first couple months of college my brother told me I needed to come home all I knew was my dad was out of jail and came home to only having a week with him my auntie recieved everything he had over the years and she gave me everything I cried so hard learning not only was my dad dealing with his problems with losing my mom (his wife) dad and uncle all within 5years but also have to raise a child on your own so he chose drugs and drinking over me but I swear he had the sweetest soul and ill never forget the good times I love you forever daddy #Year10WithoutYou😭

Losing a child is the worse thing a parent can ever experience. It takes time but I can tell you this. Even after 30 years I can still remember as if it happened yesterday. Never lose your faith in God because that’s what kept us sane.
