they do not print documents, is the reply. So go to another facility that does,such as Staples Facilities. Why be arguemented with an employee that is not authorized to give you the request that you wanted. Like going to McDonald's and asking for a Wendy's Meal. Be realistic, ask your plumber to check your electrical fuse box.
