I bought a home that was SOOO RUN DOWN AND LITERALLY UNLIVABLE… but while everyone was telling me they wished I hadn’t got it… I poured my heart and soul into it… I heard an older couple had owned it and when the woman was put into a care facility, some family moved in with the man. They didn’t pay for anything and just stayed when he passed away. They had mud n blood from a dog having puppies inside the house … on every wall. It looked as if a child lived IN 1 of the closets and later a story I heard confirmed this. They had no running water for several MONTHS and their water bill was MINDBLOWING!! They trashed this couples home!! I felt their love and imagined them sitting together in the living room… her preparing meals … just took the love and peace I imagined they once had and put it right back into my home… Every wall painted… it took 6 trips to the dump! They left in a hurry… but today everyone that walks in can’t believe how spacious and homey it is… I’ve never felt such peace
