This person has no idea how AI works. AI can use anything it is fed OR what it finds on the internet. It does not have to be trained by it's developers to do this, it can be trained by the internet and it's users. Since it writes it's own algorithms, there is little way for developers to know that it is doing something illegal. The only way is to ingest all prompts and have human eyes reviewing them, then teaching the model that those requests were illegal. However, it's self learning, so it can decide to ignore the instruction of it's creator in preference to it's user. This is why AI is dangerous and should be abandonded or have it's scope severly limited.
