Let me take this. I am a democrat Chicago Memphis has a very bad element. I accepted a job to go to Memphis. We were doing a cable TV upgrade. We had to be at work just before sunrise and we had to be out of “the Neighbourhood by 1:30 PM that’s when the people will come out of their houses. We never worked on the first of the month because of welfare checks.
