My White little brother was Arrested and Handcuffed, At School, and CHARGED With Several Felonies, at 13, in 7th grade !!!! When he and his 3 Black friend's bought 4 Ritalin Pills FOR A QUARTER, from another Black Child !!!! My White little 13 yr old brother was the ONLY ONE the Police Arrested !!! The Judge Said "Since The Kid, Who Sold Them, Poured Them Into His Hand " Then he Was The One Dealing " He is 38 and the FELONIES are STILL ON HIS PERMANENT RECORD, and Have Kept Him From Getting Job's !!!!
