I moved to Sterling from rock falls much of the same issues. Police officer was told to manipulate a police report. A couple guys talking about breaking in and raping and the police report stated “possible mental call”. Sterling is no different I’m put next to terrorists (white even) while section 8 housing choice program terrorists practically tells me I have to stay for the year and the instances “hear say”. They are aware and just as much involved
