This makes no sense! What is the point? This is just really stupid.
One I think this video is stupid, but I can explain where it came from. I’m old enough to remember when ladies were doing this. It wasn’t just to thin out your thighs it was also if you didn’t wanna wear shorts underneath you’re skirt they still gave you some protection. I just thought everybody knew about this. I grew up with it.
My daughter did this in the 90’s! She worked at a women’s department store and shared with many! A few years later a lady invented SPANX in Atlanta, about an hour from my daughter’s store. I used to tell her idea got reappropriated. Wish she’d gotten a patent!!
I miss the Era when women wore nylons and pantyhose. For almost half a century, from the 1940s to the say..the 1980s,if a woman wanted to catch a man's eye, she wore hosiery . The sight of a woman at work or walking down the street in heels and hosiery or at social or family event ,it was common sight. I guess that ended with the women of the boomer generation. Generation X and the millennial generation would rather tear half their pantyhose off and make lycra spandex shorts. Sorry ladies, that will not catch a man's eye .

I can't stand pantyhose. They rip too easily, are too tight for my liking, and I don't like that they are see-through. So I always wear shorts or leggings under all my dresses instead, but we all have our own preferences.

Runners rub white deodorant on the inside of their thighs to stop chaffing when they run. I tried it and it works great. No need to waste money on pantyhose to just rip up.
