If you look closely where the truck is traveling the water doesn't appear to be that deep and when you're driving a truck you can't just do a mirror glance to change lanes cuz you have lots of blind spots why didnt the officer go to the field side of the vehicle it would have saved him his wet grimy oopsie and been safer for him with the suspect vehicle between him and traffic.
