I never understood that. Just comply, and if the cop is wrong, file a civil suit, and they almost always settle out of court. You could've got a couple bucks, instead of a couple days. smh
People are seriously disillusioned into thinking that they don't have to comply with the officers requests. If the cop is in the wrong, then it will be thrown out of court. THAT is where you fight. NOT during the traffic stop folks!
when will people learn; do whatever the cop says, cooperate completely, then sue for wrongful arrest later and get that big, fat, 8 or 9 figure settlement!
