As long as there is a fence around it and you have done everything legally and you have video evidence of you telling the parents. . . . Let him. Don’t call the cops. Don’t call the cops on him. Give him certain times that he can come over and swim. Don’t be a Karen. This post was put up by an obvious MAGA person. Be nice to children and work with your neighbors.

Talk nicely to the neighbors. You never want to fight with neighbors. Want peaceful life at home. Be firm but respectful. Tell them it has to stop. Go from there respectfully.

Get a fence around your pool area and lock it. Put up a sign saying “No trespassing”. Also put in a camera in your backyard to catch him in the act. Then, if he goes over the fence, have him arrested for trespassing. Since you will be liable, if anything happens to him on your property! You can also sue the parents for negligence in regards to not taking care of their child correctly and allowing him to trespass on your property.

Let the parents know that he is not allowed unless invited by you. If they don’t do anything and the kid continues, call the cops and file a trespass report. Hopefully it doesn’t goes this far. But warn them. ✌️✌️

No. Do it. Because if something happens to the boy, they could hold you liable. This way you’ll be on record for having addressed his trespassing. Your neighbor needs to teach his child respect for other people’s property. Trespassing is against the law.

No! You’re not over reacting! If anyone is injured or drowned….. Guess who will be LIABLE. These days even if you post trespassing signs’ and erect fences, you can’t rely on those to cover you. The signs could be removed, fences destroyed. No! Protect yourself! Call the police dept. to see if reporting any former trespassing can be recorded. Cover every base possible. Ensure your insurance company has recorded all possible precautions. Take photos, and date them, for your records. These days we can’t just ‘trust’ we won’t be sued!! Sadly!! This has become a ‘SUING’ Nation!!

this is exactly the same way the Hatfield and McCoy fued started. The McCoys were coming over and using the Hatfield's pool without permission. The Hatfields told them to stop. Then the McCoys started throwing oil, urine and other foreign liquids into the Hatfield's pool. The Hatfields caught 'em one night. Then the war was on!
