Cops will be cops. 😆
Nope because if something happens to him it’s on you
Hell no , what’s next your house
Nope! You are liable if anything happens. Call the cops
As long as there is a fence around it and you have done everything legally and you have video evidence of you telling the parents. . . . Let him. Don’t call the cops. Don’t call the cops on him. Give him certain times that he can come over and swim. Don’t be a Karen. This post was put up by an obvious MAGA person. Be nice to children and work with your neighbors.
no I don't think you're overreacting it's your property it's your pool and you can have whoever you want in it, children nowadays have no respect for anyone not even themselves
No, because if something bad happens you are accountable.
nope. your property, your pool . you worked for it . he did not.
Talk nicely to the neighbors. You never want to fight with neighbors. Want peaceful life at home. Be firm but respectful. Tell them it has to stop. Go from there respectfully.
absolutely not if their kid gets hurt they will sue you. Call the cops get it documented
Liability
call police even they don't do anything at least you have filed a police record. the kid gets hurt its on you. id send a motorized registered letter where someone has to sign it. you'll have record where you asked the parents to tell their BOY not to go to your house.
Get a fence around your pool area and lock it. Put up a sign saying “No trespassing”. Also put in a camera in your backyard to catch him in the act. Then, if he goes over the fence, have him arrested for trespassing. Since you will be liable, if anything happens to him on your property! You can also sue the parents for negligence in regards to not taking care of their child correctly and allowing him to trespass on your property.
Nope and put a lock On the gate with a no trespassing sign
No, because if he drowns, the parents are sueing you
I would call the police ,then put a restraining on him for trespassing, you have to protect your property and you from lawsuits if something was to happen
Let the parents know that he is not allowed unless invited by you. If they don’t do anything and the kid continues, call the cops and file a trespass report. Hopefully it doesn’t goes this far. But warn them. ✌️✌️
If the boy were to drown his parents would file suit against you.
No , should something bad happen, the parents might try to blame you
No you are not overreacting. If something happened to that child while you were not home and he was seriously hurt THOSE parents would try to sue real quick. That's the sad part.
well if he gets hurt they can sue you. if he falls trying to get to the pool they can sue you. if he drowns they can. sue you
You’re not overreacting at all!
nnnnnope ,your teaching him !!( respect ) for Other people's things🤔👍
If somthing happens to him you will be sued by these so,called neighbors
If he gets hurt or worse they will come for everything you have. Call the cops.
hell no your not overreacting. if he has an accident and drowns in your pool I bet his parents don't say boys will be. boys
No. Do it. Because if something happens to the boy, they could hold you liable. This way you’ll be on record for having addressed his trespassing. Your neighbor needs to teach his child respect for other people’s property. Trespassing is against the law.
trespassing is trespassing.
It’s trespassing
no,he should have asked!
The kid is trespassing and his parents are responsible.
I would def report it and document it
Absolutely call the police. If something happens to this kid on your property it will be your fault. Call the police to protect yourself. These parents should be fined
A little. First off how old is kid? Maybe talk to kid about he can come over and do some yard work then he can swim. Of course with your supervision. Be nice to your fellow man. Never hurts to be nice.
No you aren’t. If he doesn’t have the manners to ask then he shouldn’t be allowed to use the pool. I would put a NO TRESPASS
No! You’re not over reacting! If anyone is injured or drowned….. Guess who will be LIABLE. These days even if you post trespassing signs’ and erect fences, you can’t rely on those to cover you. The signs could be removed, fences destroyed. No! Protect yourself! Call the police dept. to see if reporting any former trespassing can be recorded. Cover every base possible. Ensure your insurance company has recorded all possible precautions. Take photos, and date them, for your records. These days we can’t just ‘trust’ we won’t be sued!! Sadly!! This has become a ‘SUING’ Nation!!
Nope. It's your pool and if he gets hurt, his parents will sue YOU!
Thanks to our screwed up “justice” system, you get sued when someone else breaks the law.
as long as he cleans any mess he makes, let him swim...he may become an Olympic swimmer one day!
No if his parents won’t teach their son to respect others property then you need to let them know next time your calling police and then the parents will also be held accountable!!!
Talk with your lawyer about it.
Protect what's yours...
parents sounds like idiots
Hey if he’s a good kid. Perhaps talk to him about trading his labor for some pool access.
I would talk to the police in case the kid or the kid and friends sneak in and drown someone gets seriously hurt or drowns. It’s better to be safe than sorry!
If he drowns, it is on you!
If he drowns in your pool his parents can sue the 💩 out of your homeowners insurance.
Absolutely not! if he gets hurt or drowns in your pool, the parents can and most likely will sue you.
Nope, cause it's all on you.
call the cops alarm the back
Do nothing and find out what happens when he drowns…..report it and have it on record that he was told to stay out
No because if he gets hurt they'll sue you.
Absolutely. If something was to happen to him, they would sue you. Don’t take the chance, no matter how good they are.
this is exactly the same way the Hatfield and McCoy fued started. The McCoys were coming over and using the Hatfield's pool without permission. The Hatfields told them to stop. Then the McCoys started throwing oil, urine and other foreign liquids into the Hatfield's pool. The Hatfields caught 'em one night. Then the war was on!
report trespassing and destruction of property.
Well ya if he drowns there goes you home owner insurance and a court sue job. Put no trespassing sign and have him arrested case closed!
absolutely not. If something happened while In your pool, you will🌸 be responsible.
Invite the family over for a swim party and make it clear they are welcomed only when invited. Be the kind of person that tries to resolve the conflict before you call the police on him... just sayin'....
No, you're not overreacting.Protect yourself.
