A few things: one it wasn’t a cop it was a jailer, two that was a holding cell used for drunks or those under suicide watch no bed just a hardened solid surface, 3 I hope she survives because Jailers do not have qualified immunity and neither does the sheriff when some is purposely injured in custody. This should never happen.
