At first I thought it was Johnny Gosch who got kidnapped by evil elements of government but that was in 1982. Gosch's picture was among the first to be featured on milk cartons as part of a campaign to find missing children but what they dont tell you is that is how they would use the milk cartons to advertise & sell the kidnapped victims. I suggest you go down that rabbit-hole but avoid Google, try to use Yandex or something instead for accurate information
It was not 1997, He was kidnapped at 7 yrs old by a pedophile priest. He returned home in the late 80's. He died in a car accident in 1989 at age 24 not long after he was married and had begun living the life he deserved. Extremely sad.
These pedophiles need to be punished severely in public for their crimes against children. Until this happens they will still defend one another and be a danger and predators.
This is Nicholas Barclay... He went missing in '94 and was never seen again. In '97 a man named Frederic Bourdin pretended to be Nicholas and convinced his parents for a while he was, but was eventually proven not to be their son. He spent I think 6 years in prison and when he got out, he pretended to be several other teenage children over the years, very odd.
Watch Changeling (2008) with Angelina Jolie and this will make a lot more sense. Although warning, that movie is horrific and obviously based on a true story. And when the mother (played by Angelina Jolie) finally finds out what happened to her real child, not the one who pretended, it’s was one of the saddest things knowing that someone actually went through that. It’s a horrible movie done beautifully.
