my wife she is dieing, she's in stage 3 heart failure the dr said she had lupus and gave her a med that a side effect of was heart failure so that was about 10 yrs ago 3 yrs ago we had testing and was told she never had lupus... she has the biggest heart and deserves so much more than I could ever give but working 13 hrs nights and struggling to keep up with the bills man we down right now but imma keep talking to the man upstairs 🙏 one day it will get better and I don't really expect anything but I really would love to see a real smile on her face she deserves it ... either way God bless yall I see u doing what u do and ur giving out hope my guy and that's amazing please keep o up the good work
