The instigator auditor endangers everyone there for example if the stopped vehicles driver started shooting , the instigator auditor could get hit by a stray round and also he diverted the 2 officers attention away from the cars occupants potentially endangering them. don't these cops know the supreme Court has already ruled that they can be filmed during investigation but the person has to remain I believe the court said 6 ft away if the cops want you at any further back they have to put out crime scene tape if I understood the law correctly
