I understood his reasoning. I lived In townhouse the beside me said how afford and three children. We shed attached next each other. One I decided to arrange things in my shed I noticed their holes punched from end to the other end I notice the smell of garbage which I would have mice then did see one come thru one my sons killed and thru over fence. So what I did plaster the all holes then whenever them with concrete. About week later I outside I could hear fussing she found out holes I punched now get trash out now we got mice. I said nothing and then I decided to put up fence I had company leave about one and half of my line not fence so they couldn’t attach to mine and that pissed off because being a woman they intimidate me. Then had nerve ask how you afford without a husband I laughed non of your business maybe if got a job or a better man you wouldn’t worry yourself about me and what I can afford without a husband.

zIn the Philippines people who build a fence in their yard will break up glass and put it in the fresh concrete on the top layer thus when the concrete dries there will be a lot of glass exposed .Thus if you try to climb over a fence like this one you will get badly cut by the broken glass .
