So the backstory is that they have a tradition every year where the entire village gathers around a giant wagon with huge wheels. Each wheel must be tested every year because on this wagon they transport a massive statue of their passed beloved leader and any imperfection of these wheels and it could be tragic. So in this "Rolling of the Wheels" (as they call it) seemed to be going smooth until the end when it was unable to crush a new block of wood. This not only means that the wheels of the wagon need to be rebuilt, but it means that who ever made the block of wood that stopped the wheel must be tarred and feather, raped, beheaded, then home chopped into tiny pieces.

An Indian festival where they pretty much pull around a giant temple on wood and stone wheels. Back in the day the entire thing was carved out of stone using no wood at all. They still have so.e of the stone ones as monuments at the sites of permanent temples.
