ok after seeing all of your videos...i/we would like to know what your daily meal plan is like? ofcourse lots of protein, greens, egg whites, etc...what else please? just curious. and, u must work out atleast 2x a day or more with your strength. how many reps did u just do on the bar? your power is human (God) built. you worked hard for that physique. very little carbs i imagine. this is one of the best motivational and/or strengthening vids ive seen on here in re to fitness. its quite a challenge. impressive. as to your thoughts...you got this.π€π€π€
