This officer was absolutely in the wrong, and I’m glad there was some kind of justice. The woman was left with a huge gash in her forehead that required 7 staples. The officer lost his badge and right to bear arms, and was imprisoned for this.
bet he wouldn't do that to a grown man with no cuffs on who's ready to go like he was. you can tell he is one of those bullies that would get so mad and so red in the face against a real man but do nothing cause he is so scared and trembling inside
