The "rest of us" is less than 20%. Approximately 80% of the U.S. live in those "cities." According to the 2020 Census, there are 2,613 urban areas in the United States with a combined population of 265,149,027. This includes 80% of the population. As of 2020, 80 percent of the United States population was defined as living in urban communities by the United States Census . So yeah 80% of the people should have a say, no? That includes 80% of Republicans too. Good try but your pretense of unfairness is completely ridiculous.
