Here in PA, the main roads are passable within a few hours of a big storm and the backroads are a little sketchy for a day or 2. But we don’t “shut down” for snow. We’re not Georgia!! 🤣🤣

America should adapt some other countries ideas. This one is good. in Singapore they burn all their trash. they have no landfills. They have special filters that filter out the pollution from the burning.

My city sees so little snow, they won't use snow blows until absolutely necessary! Then Mother Nature does the rest!

Ohio needs to implement that method! Just plowing snow on the sides of the roads makes a Hazard situation. Someone breaks down and there's no room for the car to park...causing a blocked roadway and miles of backup traffic

In my city, which is beautiful by the way, and people are amazing, unfortunately, when it rains or snows, within 5 minutes you start hearing sirens all over the place from the Police and Fire Departments, because we don’t know how to drive in unusual weather and people get into accidents by the hundreds.
Here in the South, we don't get this type weather. when we do it's usually ice that sets up like concrete. We don't have this equipment nor would we have use 4 it. We go bonkers & have 2 live it out the best way we can.

Had one blizzard in Chicago that closed every thing down people had to be rescued from the buses no cars moves for weeks and family garage the roof caved in and it was a solid brick brick garage. It was a. Terrible snow storm

In West Virginia, all it takes is a couple of inches to shut us down. Roads are winding, narrow and dangerous when dry and clear. Add snow and ice, forget it.
