How to make applying painters tape more difficult, while getting your roller dirty. No "painter" is doing this. The only people doing this are people watching too much social media who have never painted before

NOBODY is addressing the fact that NOW there is dirt, hair and debris on the roller pad!!!! 😂
It took longer to wrap the tape around the roller than it would have to just lay the tape down.
But I'll give you props , cause that was a nifty trick
Yes, I'm a painter by trade and never once in over 20 some years.Have I ever seen anybody do this?I thought they were going to tape off the nap of the roller to get rid of loose hairs so that doesn't get in the paint now that we do do with tape and roller sleeve , but we don't use it to apply plastic to a floor none of the above
