I remember the late 80s and 90s. The 80s was the start of the absolute obsession over the lives of the super wealthy. There were so many TV shows showcasing their everyday lives. Trump and Epstein were in the newspapers, in magazines, and in news broadcasts all over the world AT LEAST once a month. It was always about their latest vacations, hangouts, bar scenes, etc together. If you put in the effort to research the two of them that far back in the 80s to the mid-2010s, there is a TON of evidence! Hundreds if not thousands of articles and news reports on all the fun those two were having. As I said, people were utterly obsessed with the lives of the super wealthy, so there is A LOT that is documented.
