That pad looks clean to me. Looks like the adhesive was about to give so she needed to change her pad. It’s also obvious that she was in a lobby with her phone charging so she was probably waiting for someone to get home. Probably waiting for someone so she had no bathroom to utilize. She probably placed the used pad somewhere and retrieved it when that person arrived and she was able to get into the apartment. You people need to stain be so judgmental all the time.
