i never stole, and then my oldest son was born there was only cloth diapers, and rubber pants. i washed them by hand and hang them all threw the apartment to dry. had no washer/dryer. I actually used dish towels (currently called a hand towel)worked great. if you can't afford throw away ones. grab a few big safety pins

The officer did was commendable, but the problem is, where does he stop probably has lots of other people in the city that he works in, that have similar issues. And he has his own family and home to take care of too. It's not a bad thing that he did that. It's just that I can understand why he couldn't do more and a person always wants to do more if they've got any kind of heart. But you just have to draw the line somewhere.

The amount of diapers a baby goes thru with diligent care, I shudder to think how long a baby would have to be in one diaper until she had access to more supplies.
