Wow, she had the much harder job. To stay completely straight and pull herself up with her upper body while making it look like she was just taking a step - in really high heels. You can see her arm and shoulder muscles really working. If she had been wearing long sleeves and put her hair in a bun, the optical illusion would have been really amazing!
