I like what he did
I worked in the food industry for 15+ years and Never have I or anyone I knew tampered with anyone's food. I hope I didn't know anyone, anyway. We did exactly what this guy did, because 9 Outta 10 it was what they ordered, something may get replaced by something else though if that's the case, but nothing bad to the customer, except maybe a few choice words 😆

So true. I was a cook in a family restaurant. Some guy sent his T-bone steak back and said it was not medium rare as ordered. I took the plate, waited 2 minutes and sent it back. He sent me a five dollar tip saying it was the best steak he’s had in a while. It made my night because that ten bucks and five move bought a clean once of Colombian gold. Good days.
