I believe recording at a safe distance and staying completely out of the way and in no way hindering or impeding the detainment, arrest or investigation is legal and a constitutional right. Howeverrrrrr...I cannot imagine the level of frustration and pressure ICE and other law enforcement are feeling during these riots (NOT protests). Some of these idiots have guns and they have to make split second decisions while being harangued, spit on and harassed. "Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6".
