as retired federal cop, It just amazes and disgust me on the inadequate official training. when a tag on vehicle comes back as a"unknown" that means official governmental usage vehicle. Being a native American Indian and veteran, I have gone through the same "Bubba" crap.The ,"polite" sarcasism of racial bias shown by today's officers would NEVER have been tolerated during my 29 years in federal law enforcement. it is truly a crime. socially and legally.
