that is a cleanup crew usually they come in at the body has been decomposed for a while they will put stuff in a bag and have it removed and they will use biohazard bags as well now if certain things that I have seen in a crime scene yes I have literally seen bags like this taken into evidence as well so clearly I don't think no one has seen this on the news but majority of the time this is clean up cruise after a homicide suicide or natural death
