If everyone is in need of money, field trip will be a quick "no." I would give to Mom cause I know she would do it for me. Drive the wallet to my fiance so we can both have lunch. To the others: light bill... make payment arrangements with the light company. My sister: out of luck.

I guess it matters how much money is in the bank to begin with. Kids needs to go on his field trip and then fiancé has to eat. Other than that all the adult should be able to take care of themselves and if not well check your spending priorities.
I think I'd probably choose my fiance because at the end of the day if I needed im always gonna come first
