I definitely agree with you! That's the only explanation for what has happened. This makes no sense and please let me know how to sign on to a class action lawsuit or to begin a class action lawsuit. I've been living here for 5 years, moved here from Oxon Hill Maryland, and I have never had a $400 electric bill. this month it's $600. probably because I didn't pay the whole 400 last month because my first bill was $182 and then they sent me a second bill for $460. This month it is $630. As scripture says What's Done in the Dark will come out in the light and it's time for a Reckoning. They need or we need to request a look into everyone's finances on the Board, which is a good start because somebody's been stealing the money. I want to thank you for speaking on this.
