Someone mentioned that Trump should make a law against speech that is knowingly false. I think that would set a very dangerous precedent. As much as I despise Obama and the entire left, what they were proposing is a dangerous slide into authoritarianism and erosion of our freedom of speech. The so-called Democrats (who are actually communists, marxists and socialists) already tried that with their "misinformation" and "misdirection" and canceling people on the right for their views. Don't forget that in 2022, Joe Biden's administration established a "Disinformation Governance Board" that was going after free speech. We've already relinquished so many of our civil rights that we must protect the few we have left. The "democrats" have already stated they want to stack the Supreme Court and tear up our Constitution because it limits them in what they want to do TO us. So, there should be nothing done against freedom of speech even if you don't like the speech. It protects ALL of us.
